摘要:PURPOSE: An emergency situation processing apparatus of a vehicle using a control center and a method thereof are provided to effectively process an emergency situation generated inside the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: An emergency situation processing apparatus of a vehicle is comprised of a state value generating part(201), a CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access) module(202), and a start control module(203). The state value generating part generates a state value to the state of a start control relay when an emergency button which shows inside-vehicle emergency situations is turned on. The starting control relay informs operation state of the emergency button and whether the vehicle is started or not. The CDMA module changes the state value into digital and transmits it with a CDMA form. The start control module controls starting state of the vehicle according to remote control of a control center based on the state value.
