摘要：<p>Chains draw the moulds through the machine using a series of superposed horizontal tracks for processing and then return the empties along an upper horizontal track where they are heated to the required temp. for the next filling and moulding cycle. The top sector should be a heating tunnel, whilst the motor and cooling arrangements and baths for the molten chocolate are all housed in the fabricated cast iron substructure, at working and therefore visible height. The moulds are raised from process track to that above by platforms with rollers. The chocolate pourers are plunger-operated thus ensuring metered filling. Drive rods synchronise all movement and operations.</p>
