摘要:一种保健浓缩醋,其原料由米醋、山楂、银杏叶和维生素E组成,各物料的重量份数及加入比例为:米醋1800-2200份、山楂480-560份、银杏叶1440-1560份、维生素E 20-25份。制备方法为:将480-560份山楂和1440-1560份的银杏叶粉碎成细粉;粉碎后细粉加入3000-4000份的水,加热煎煮至稠膏状、过滤;将膏状物1800-2200份的米醋,加热煎煮2.5-3小时,煮成糊状,后离火、冷却;制得的糊状物,加入20-25份的维生素E,搅拌均匀,即制得保健浓缩醋。对高血压、高血脂有良好的预防作用,能够清除血管内斑块,抗衰老。其口味独特,酸甜可口,能满足广大消费者的口味需求。

主权项:一种保健浓缩醋,其特征在于:所述的浓缩醋为糊状,其原料由米醋、山楂、银杏叶和维生素E组成,各物料的重量份数及加入比例为:米醋1800‑2200份、山楂480‑560份、银杏叶1440‑1560份、维生素E 20‑25份;其制备方法包括如下步骤:(1)、将重量份数为480‑560份山楂和1440‑1560份的银杏叶粉碎成细粉,备用;(2)、将步骤(1)粉碎后的山楂和银杏叶的细粉加入重量份数为3000‑4000份的水,加热煎煮,煮至稠膏状止,过滤后留存膏状物,备用;(3)、将步骤(2)制得的膏状物加入重量份数为1800‑2200份的米醋,加热煎煮2.5‑3小时,煮成糊状,后离火、冷却,备用;(4)、取步骤(3)制得的糊状物,加入重量份数为20‑25份的维生素E,搅拌均匀,即制得保健浓缩醋。
