摘要:本实用新型涉及一种便携式煤矿顶板压力检测记录分析仪,具有现场电子压力计和记录分析器,所述现场电子压力计具有红外线传输模块,记录分析器具有红外线接收模块、AD转换模块、数据分析模块、操作模块和显示屏,现场电子压力计与记录分析器之间通过红外线传输数据。本实用新型通过设置在矿井现场的电子压力计对煤矿井下巷道顶板的压力数据进行采集和记录,操作人员通过便携的记录分析器接收数据,可在现场直接操作,根据压力的变化制成随时间变化的压力变化曲线图,从而分析出该部位顶板压力的变化而判断顶板是否稳定和具有塌方的危险性,并可将相关数据储存在记录分析器,带到井外与电脑连接传输相关数据,安全可靠,操作方便。
