In the formula (1) below, R, R, R and R independently represent an alkyl group having 1-18 carbon atoms, or R, R, R and R may combine together to form a ring; R represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1-18 carbon atoms; and X represents a nitrogen atom or a phosphorus atom.
