摘要:本发明公开了一种手动增压式初撑力保证器,它包括一个增压缸底座,底座上安装有带有活塞的增压缸缸体,增压缸缸体顶部安装有主阀体;所述的主阀体是在一个阀座上装配有增压控制阀、单向阀和安全阀;在增压缸缸体和主阀体之间焊接上弯管,通过弯管使增压缸缸体与增压控制阀形成液压通路;在主阀体上设有与井下液压支架乳化液泵站相连接的乳化液进口和与液压支架立柱下腔相连通的乳化液出口,乳化液进口通过单向阀与增压控制阀的内腔相通,增压控制阀再与乳化液出口连通,增压控制阀的阀座上设有通到主阀体外面的溢流口。本发明采用液压和机械相结合的工作原理,设计结构简单,安全可靠,便于安装在井下液压支架上工作。
