摘要：PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device and a driving method thereof are provided to prevent the deterioration of image quality of a liquid crystal panel by improving a waveform of a scan pulse. CONSTITUTION: An output unit(BF) includes first to fourth transistors(T1-T4). The first and third transistors are a pull up switching element. The first transistor is controlled by a voltage(Qv) of an enable node. The third transistor is controlled by a node between a source electrode(s) of the first transistor and a drain electrode of the second transistor. If the first and third transistors are turned on, a first voltage source(VDD) is outputted as a first scan signal(Vgout1). The second and fourth transistor is a pull down switching element and controlled by a voltage(QBv) of a disable node. If the second and fourth transistors are turned on, a second voltage source(VSS) is outputted.
