摘要:PURPOSE: A method for rust-proofing and packing vehicle parts is provided to safely and properly store molded vehicle parts by maintaining a rust-proofed state and to obtain production competitiveness by maintaining storage and management at an affordable price. CONSTITUTION: A method for rust-proofing and packing vehicle parts is as follows: Air is sprayed on the exterior of a vehicle part(14) for 10 to 30 seconds for cleaning(10). After the air is sprayed, an electric heater(22) removes moisture existing on the vehicle part for which the heater is operated for 30 to 90 seconds at 70°C to 80°C(20). The dried vehicle part is dipped in a rust-preventing oil to coat the exterior of the vehicle part and a rust proofing is implemented for 30 to 60 seconds at 30°C to 50°C(30). The vehicle part coated by the rust-preventing oil is naturally air dried for 10 to 30 seconds(40). The dried vehicle part is put into a rust-proofing film and sealed(52). A suction machine vacuums air from the inside of the rust-proofing film for 10 to 30 seconds to form a vacuum state(60). The vehicle part packed in the rust-proofing film in the vacuum state is sealed in an individual packing box(70).
