摘要:本发明涉及易于制作、成本低、散热效果良好的LED灯散热体,该LED灯散热体的特征在于散热体壳体和散热体上盖采用薄片卷料冲压拉伸而成,散热翼片由散热体壳体的壳壁褶皱成设有与中心孔连通的腔槽的中空结构,多个散热翼片等距间布在散热体壳体的壳壁上,散热体上盖底面中部设有与中心孔对应的凸台,散热体上盖上设置有与每个散热翼片的腔槽对应的定位柱,定位柱插入对应散热翼片腔槽中,散热体上盖与散热体壳体铆接,LED灯散热片采用过盈配合方式嵌入散热体上盖的LED灯散热片安装槽。本发明还公开LED灯散热体制作方法,采用冲压拉伸制作散热体壳体和上盖省时、省料、能有效提高生产效率、降低生产成本。

主权项:一种LED灯散热体,包括散热体上盖(1)、LED灯散热片(2)和设有中心孔的散热体壳体(3),散热体壳体(3)上设置有多个散热翼片(31),散热体上盖(1)上设置有LED灯散热片安装槽(11),其特征在于:所述散热体壳体(3)和散热体上盖(1)采用薄片卷料冲压拉伸而成, 散热翼片(31)由散热体壳体的壳壁褶皱成设有与中心孔连通的腔槽(32)的中空结构,多个散热翼片等距间布在散热体壳体的壳壁上,散热体上盖(1)底面中部设有与中心孔对应的凸台(12),散热体上盖上设置有与每个散热翼片的腔槽对应的定位柱(13),定位柱插入对应散热翼片的腔槽(32)中,散热体上盖与散热体壳体铆接,所述LED灯散热片(2)采用过盈配合方式嵌入散热体上盖的LED灯散热片安装槽(11)。
