The product can be obtained by plastic formation at the temperature of 200C or higher of the plate made from magnesium alloy. Method for obtaining the plate from magnesium alloy, which involves ingot rolling from magnesium alloy, formation of stress in the plate by its being passed between rolls heated to the temperature of 150C - 300C.
