摘要：<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting diode and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: A light emitting diode comprises: a transparent substrate 51; semiconductor material layers 53 and 54 including a light emitting active layer 57 laminated on a top surface of the substrate 51; and a fluorescent layer 59 formed on a back surface of the substrate 51 and having distribution of various thicknesses. Consequently, white light in homogeneous profile is generated by adjusting thickness of the fluorescent layer to control emission ratio of light generated by the light emitting layer and light of various wavelengths generated as the light changes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
