摘要:本发明涉及一种以离子液体为模板剂制备可见光响应的介孔Bi2O3/TiO2纳米光催化剂的方法。本发明方法的具体步骤为:以离子液体1-十六烷基-3-甲基溴代咪唑,即[C16mim]+Br-为模板剂,以钛酸四丁酯(TBOT)为钛源,硝酸铋为铋源,经反应混合物的制备,水热晶化,再经过过滤、洗涤、干燥和煅烧,制得介孔Bi2O3/TiO2纳米光催化剂。本发明方法制备工艺简单,绿色环保。所制备的介孔Bi2O3/TiO2催化剂,比表面积和孔容大,孔径分布均一,并具有优良的紫外及可见光催化性能。

主权项:一种介孔Bi2O3/TiO2纳米光催化剂的制备方法,其特征在于以离子液体1‑十六烷基‑3‑甲基溴代咪唑为模板剂并具有以下的制备过程和步骤:    a. 反应混合物的制备    将一定量的钛酸四丁酯和硝酸铋溶解于一定量的去离子水中,于40~50℃下搅拌30~40min;在搅拌条件下缓慢加入一定量的离子液体1‑十六烷基‑3‑甲基溴代咪唑(即[C16mim]+Br‑]);用氨水调节pH至8~9;继续搅拌2~3h,得到反应混合物,它即为反应前驱体胶液;制备反应混合物所用各原料的摩尔比为:Bi:Ti:[C16mim]+Br‑]:H2O=(0.02~0.15):1.0:(0.2~0.3):(180~200);    b. 水热晶化及过滤、洗涤、干燥和煅烧    将上述制得的反应混合物置于内衬聚四氟乙烯的不锈钢高压反应釜中,于100~120℃下水热晶化24~48h,晶化后的产物经常规过滤、水洗,并于100℃下干燥12h;最后放入马弗炉中于400~500℃下煅烧2~3h,以去除模板剂;最终得到产物介孔Bi2O3/TiO2纳米光催化剂。
