摘要:本发明涉及一种采用组合固定方式,可用于材料的导位,既能够使材料的成品率大幅提高,又减少了材料带头和带尾的浪费,节约了大量原材料的轧机导向机构,它包括机架,所述上、下夹持板设置于机架的上下横梁之间,左、右导向装置安装于上、下夹持板的两侧;机架的上横梁上安装有上下导位调整装置,且上下导位调整装置底部的调节杆穿过上横梁与上夹持板相连,上、下夹持板与左、右导向装置相连处设置有锁紧板。优点:一是不仅能够使导位机构适用于不同厚度材料的导位,而且避免材料因轧机运行时产生的抖动而上下跳动的情况;二是导位机构的运用保证了成品钢带的尾部以及未进行轧制的材料头部都能够通过轧机进行轧制,降低了原材料的浪费。
