摘要:本实用新型是一种宽度为36mm的过电压、欠电压保护型小型断路器。它是一种家用及类似场所用短路、过载、过电压、欠电压四种保护功能为一体的断路器,断路器的宽度只有36mm。断路器的L极部分为本体部分,通过电磁系统与热脱扣系统分别实现对线路的短路、过载保护。断路器的N极部分为过、欠压保护的脱扣部分,主要包括脱扣机构和电子线路板,当电子线路板检测到线路出现过压、欠电压故障时,就会促使线路板线圈中的铁芯在螺管力的作用下向左击出,触动机构,进而触动L极侧的联动轴,使整个断路器分断,这样就使断路器实现了过电压、欠电压保护功能,同样按下N极侧的试验按钮,可验证断路器过、欠压动作的可靠性。

主权项:一种宽度为36mm的过电压、欠电压保护型小型断路器,由两部分组成,即L极部分和N极部分,其特征在于:断路器的L极部分为本体部分,具有短路、过载保护功能;断路器的N极部分为过电压、欠电压动作脱扣部分,与本体部分形成联动,实现断路器的过电压、欠电压保护功能。
