摘要:一种上游动阀内置抽油泵柱塞,上出油接头与等径柱塞上部螺纹连接,游动阀球座在游动阀座上端口上,在等径柱塞上部螺纹之下设阀球腔和阀座孔,游动阀座固定安装在阀座孔里,游动阀球处于阀球腔内,上出油接头下部有挡罩。游动阀座与等径柱塞内的阀座孔为过盈配合,过盈配合起密封和固定作用。或游动阀座与等径柱塞采用螺纹连接固定,游动阀座的下端面为密封面。等径柱塞内设置阀球腔,不用安装游动阀罩,结构简单,可靠性高,抽油泵使用寿命长,阀球腔流道大,流动阻力小,将小直径抽油泵设计为等径抽油泵时,流道面积不会减小,流道与普通抽油泵相同,因此,本发明的应用范围广,使用性能好,具有显著的经济效益。

主权项:一种上游动阀内置抽油泵柱塞,有上出油接头(1)、游动阀球(3)、游动阀座(4)、等径柱塞(5),上出油接头(1)上有出油槽(6),上出油接头(1)与等径柱塞(5)上部螺纹连接,游动阀球(3)座在游动阀座(4)上端口上,其特征是:在等径柱塞(5)上部螺纹之下设阀球腔(7)和阀座孔,游动阀座(4)固定安装在阀座孔里,游动阀球(3)处于阀球腔(7)内,上出油接头(1)下部有挡罩(2),游动阀座(4)与等径柱塞(5)内的阀座孔为过盈配合,过盈配合起密封和固定作用,或游动阀座(4)与等径柱塞(5)采用螺纹连接固定,游动阀座(5)的下端面为密封面。
