摘要：<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sphere position measurement device for properly measuring a position of a sphere revolving on a circular orbit. <P>SOLUTION: The sphere position measurement device includes: a ring illumination 18 with its center positioned at the center line O of the circular orbit; an imaging unit 17 which has a lens 20 arranged on the center line O and images a sphere 13 in a range containing the center line O; and an image processing unit 22 which recognizes reflection light of the ring illumination 18 reflected by the surface of the sphere 13 in the image imaged by the imaging unit 17 and obtains the center of gravity in a region of the reflection light. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
