摘要:本实用新型公开了一种数控单油缸折弯机,所述折弯机主要包括机架、滑板、模具、前托料、后挡料装置、数控系统、电箱、脚踏开关、光栅尺、光栅尺护罩、液压系统、油泵电机、油缸以及油缸护罩;机架采用钢板焊接结构并经整体回火处理,一次装夹并由数控落地镗铣床整体加工,保证机床刚性和各安装面的平行度及垂直度;机架上的吊耳用来起吊及运输,前后机脚板用来支撑机床及调节水平。本实用新型用最简单的通用模具对小型薄板进行各种角度的直线弯曲,操作简单,通用性好,模具成本低,更换方便。
