摘要：<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that when recording/reproducing speed of an optical disk is increased, it is impossible to avoid a PID part during track jump and track jump may fail and recording or reproducing operation may fail. <P>SOLUTION: An optical disk device for recording or reproducing an optical disk includes an objective lens for irradiating a laser beam onto the optical disk, an actuator for moving the objective lens in the radial direction of the optical disk, and a spindle motor for rotating the optical disk. The actuator moves the objective lens in the radial direction of the optical disk at a timing corresponding to a rotational speed after the laser beam irradiated onto the optical disk passes through the PID part of the optical disk.
