摘要:本发明提供一种高级烷醇的精制方法,将高级烷醇粗品在45~65℃条件下溶解于下列体积比之一的溶剂中至饱和:正己烷∶氯仿=1∶10~20;乙酸乙酯∶氯仿=1∶10~20;甲醇∶氯仿=1∶10~20;正丁醇∶乙酸乙酯=1∶1~3;得高级烷醇溶液;将步骤A的高级烷醇溶液静置于-5~25℃环境温度下,直至高级烷醇溶液充分冷却至所述环境温度,并析出固相物,过滤干燥析出的固相物,得精制高级烷醇产品,本发明利用高级烷醇在溶剂中选择性析出的特性,获得洁白,纯度高,杂质少,品质好的精制高级烷醇产品,而杂质及其它物质仍留在溶剂中。本发明操作简单,工艺简洁,易于实现,提纯效率高。

主权项:一种高级烷醇的精制方法,其特征在于经过下列步骤:A、将高级烷醇粗品溶解于温度为45~65℃的下列体积比之一的溶剂中至饱和:正 己 烷∶氯    仿 = 1∶10~20;乙酸乙酯∶氯    仿 =  1∶10~20;甲    醇∶氯    仿 =  1∶10~20;正 丁 醇∶乙酸乙酯 = 1∶1~3;得高级烷醇溶液;B、将步骤A的高级烷醇溶液静置于‑5~25℃环境温度下,直至高级烷醇溶液充分冷却至所述环境温度,并析出固相物;C、过滤步骤B的混合物,并将过滤到得的析出固相物经常规干燥,得高级烷醇。
