摘要：PURPOSE: An intra prediction decoding apparatus is provided to generate a reference pixel to adaptively filter a reference pixel. CONSTITUTION: A prediction mode decoding unit(230) restores an intra prediction mode of a current prediction unit. A residual signal decoding unit(220) decodes a residual signal. A reference pixel generating unit(240) adaptively filters a reference filter. A prediction block post-processing unit(260) adaptively filters a prediction block which is generated from a prediction block generating unit(250). An image restoring unit(270) generates a restoring image by using the restored residual block.
