摘要：<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocurable adhesive with which a polyvinyl alcohol-based polarizer and a protective film are easily and strongly bonded and which contains substantially no organic solvent, has a low viscosity, and is excellent in thin film coatability, and to provide a polarizing plate which is obtained by using the same, and is superior in punching quality, wet-heat resistance and peculiar winding in comparison with the conventional one. <P>SOLUTION: The photocurable adhesive contains: a cation polymerizable component including a polyfunctional alicyclic epoxy compound (A) and a monofunctional glycidyl compound (B); and a photopolymerization initiator. In 100 wt.% of the cation polymerizable component, the polyfunctional alicyclic epoxy compound (A) is contained in an amount of ≥50 wt.%. In 100 wt.% of the cation polymerizable component, the epoxy group derived from the monofunctional glycidyl compound (B) is contained in a number of 0.01-0.2. The photocurable adhesive contains no organic solvent and has a viscosity of 10-150 mPa×s. The polarizing plate is obtained by using the adhesive. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
