摘要:本发明提供一种无机盐晶须增强树脂基汽车制动复合材料及其制备方法,复合摩擦材料的原料包括无水硫酸钙晶须、叶蜡石粉、酚醛树脂、铜粉、石墨粉和氧化铝粉组成;制备步骤包括原料预处理、原料混合搅拌、热压成型和冷却制得到成品。本发明利用价格极为低廉的无水硫酸钙晶须(分子式为CaSO4)增强酚醛树脂,并选用叶蜡石{分子式为Al4[Si8O20](OH)4}作为混杂纤维制动摩擦材料的填料,再配以适当的增摩、抗磨剂,发挥基体、晶须、填料之间的协同耦合作用,从而获得耐热性好,摩擦系数稳定性好,磨损率小,制动效果好,成本低的新型汽车制动复合材料。
