摘要:<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refractive index modulation structure and an LED device that can improve a light modulation rate. <P>SOLUTION: A refractive index modulation structure comprises a moth-eye structure that includes a material on which surface recesses or protrusions are formed periodically; and an electric-field regulating section that generates an electric field in the material thereby varies the refractive index of the material.
