摘要:提供一种内球笼滑套整体锻造近终成形工艺,包括下述步骤:下料-机加工制作坯料-抛丸-表面涂层-杆部正挤-筒部镦粗-筒部反挤-球化退火-磷皂化处理-筒部精整成形,采用此工艺制作的内球笼滑套,结构均匀,密度、强度和硬度高,尺寸误差小,毋需后续机械加工,加工效率高,生产周期短,节约材料,具有很高的实用价值。

主权项:内球笼滑套整体锻造近终成形工艺,其特征在于由下述步骤组成:1)下料,取圆钢棒料锯切为原料坯;2)机加工制作坯料,机加工去除原料坯表面氧化皮;3)抛丸,在钢砂中加入适量棱角砂,充分打毛坯料表面形成凹坑;4)表面涂层,将坯料加热到220℃ 270℃,按照石墨与乳液重量之比1:20的比例配制石墨乳液,然后将坯料放入石墨乳液中浸泡1分钟后取出;5)杆部正挤,将坯料加热到800℃ 840℃后放入正挤下模内,用上冲头挤压坯料,正向挤压杆部成形为锻坯;6)筒部镦粗,将保有余温750℃ 800℃的正挤后锻坯放入镦粗下模内,采用与镦粗下模外形一致的上冲头挤压锻坯,在下模中预镦筒部外形时,同时控制杆部直径和长度尺寸;7)筒部反挤,将保有余温700℃ 750℃的镦粗后锻坯放入反挤下模内,上模为比成品筒部内腔形状单边大0.3mm的冲头,锻坯受力后,沿冲头运动的相反方向流料,完全包住冲头,并在反挤下模型腔中展开; 8)球化退火,将筒部反挤后锻坯加热温度至720℃ 740℃,保温3 4小时,随炉冷却到小于或等于500℃后出炉空冷,控制退火硬度在70 85HRB;9)磷皂化处理,将球化退火后锻坯先放入温度为50 60℃,浓度10 20%的硫酸中酸洗5 10分钟,清水漂洗1 2分钟;再放入温度为70 80℃,浓度45 55%的磷酸盐溶液中磷化10 15分钟,清水漂洗1 2分钟;最后放入温度为80 95℃,浓度1.5 2.5%的皂化液中皂化8 10分钟;10)筒部精整成形,将磷皂化处理后的锻坯筒部内腔放入精整冲头上,采用型腔比成品锻坯外形单边缩小0.1mm的上凹模,向下减径挤压筒部外形。
