摘要：<p>PURPOSE: An aspirin intolerant asthma(AIA)-associated SMAP1L gene polymorphism is provided to predict AIA attack possibility or diagnose AIA. CONSTITUTION: A polymorphism marker for predicting or diagnosing AIA(aspirin intolerant asthma) is selected in SMAP1(Stromal membrane-associated protein 1-like) genome gene of sequence number 77 and contains a polynucleotide having 20-100 serial nucleotides with C or T(rs2982510C>T). A kit for predicting or diagnosing AIA contains a primer for amplifying the polymorphic marker for predicting or diagnosing AIA. A method for providing information for predicting or diagnosing AIA comprises: a step of isolating genome DNA from blood sample; a step of detecting the polymorphic marker existing in the genome DNA; and a step of comparing detection result of polymorphic marker and a polymorphic site of a normal group.</p>
