摘要：浮头式空气换热器，其主要实现方法是，在翅片换热管两端的管板外设支承盒，将翅片换热管另一端管板做成浮头式管板，不与外框焊接，而是置放于支承盒内，让它在支承盒内可以位移，而支承盒与换热器外框焊接；这样形成的浮头式空气换热器，翅片换热管热胀冷缩可通过浮头式管板在支承盒内产生的位移进行补偿，解决了翅片换热管热胀冷缩对整体设备的损坏的问题，降低了设备运行成本。
