A date and time information acquisition unit 103 acquires date and time information that is a date and time on which the position information is acquired. A weather information acquisition unit 102 acquires weather information. An illumination environment calculation unit 105 calculates illumination environment information. An image processing unit 109 extracts a necessary object from an object storage unit 108 on the basis of the calculated illumination environment information to generate an object based on the illumination environment information. An photographing unit 106, on the other hand, acquires photographed data. The image processing unit 109 combines the acquired photographed data and the generated object with each other.
