摘要：<p>The invention relates to an aircraft with air turbines which can independently ascend into the atmosphere, can operate in a stationary condition at various heights or can horizontally move in any direction. According to the invention, the aircraft comprises a horizontal turbine (1) rotated at high speed inside a casing (2) by two ram-jet engines (3) placed on top of the casing (2) and connected to the turbine (1) by two propeller-shaped arms (4) which, in their turn, deepen the depression in the upper part and brake the air access from the sides to the depression area, all the other subassemblies, namely a passengers and/or materials compartment (8) and some crew compartments (9), a power generating system (10), a fuel tank (12), an auxiliary start engine (11) and the like, being located inside the actual body (7) of the aircraft placed below the level of the turbine (1) and the casing (2) thereof, in order to satisfy the main condition of atmosphere stability, namely to bring the centroid of the whole flying assembly below the total upward force application point, the control of the self-rotation being sharply achieved by means of several valves (17) placed inside the casing (2) within the air flow delivered under pressure by the turbine (1), their inclination, in the horizontal plane, in relation to the radial air flowing direction, being controllable from the crew's compartment.</p>
