摘要:本实用新型涉及高分子材料零件加工领域,尤其是一种自动打孔机。一种自动冲孔机,包括上料装置、送料装置、打孔装置和控制系统,所述送料装置包括底座,底座设有通道和在通道上来回滑动的机械手,机械手前端设有受料口,所述上料装置出料口对应受料状态的受料口,所述打孔装置包括机架和下模,机架上设有气动冲压机构和挡杆,气动冲压机构通过安装块连接设有冲针的上模结构,安装块上设有横担,所述机械手将料从出料口送至下模上,由气动冲压机构驱动上模结构的冲针完成打孔,气动冲压机构驱动上模结构向上运动,上模结构和横担完成脱料,所述机械手和气动冲压机构均与控制系统连接。本实用新型的有益之处:生产效率大大提高,安全可靠。

主权项:一种自动冲孔机,包括上料装置(19)、送料装置(20)、打孔装置和控制系统,其特征在于:所述送料装置(20)包括底座(1),底座(1)设有通道(7)和在通道(7)上来回滑动的机械手,机械手前端下部凹陷形成受料口(8),所述上料装置(19)出料口对应受料状态的受料口(8),所述打孔装置包括机架(21)和下模(24),机架(21)上设有气动冲压机构和挡杆(33),气动冲压机构通过安装块(23)连接上模结构,上模结构上设有冲针(31),安装块(23)水平方向穿有能触及挡杆(33)的横担(25),所述机械手将料从出料口送至下模(24)上,由气动冲压机构驱动上模结构的冲针(31)向下运动完成打孔,气动冲压机构驱动上模结构向上运动,横担(25)碰触挡杆(33)停止上升,继续上升的上模结构和横担(25)完成脱料,所述机械手和气动冲压机构均与控制系统连接。
