摘要:本发明公开了一种抗水树电力电缆用可化学交联聚乙烯绝缘塑料和应用,组分和重量份数包括:聚乙烯树脂100份,乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物0.5~4份,过氧化物1.0~3.0份,复配抗氧剂0.02~2份,成核剂0.1~0.5份,硅氧烷0.1~1份,本发明的新型中低压抗水树电力电缆用可化学交联聚乙烯绝缘塑料,挤出性和成缆性好,杂质含量小,抗水树性能优异,内润滑性提高,表面性能好,相同电流下,电缆挤出速度大,加工温度降低,低分子气体产生较少,材料内部杂质和缺陷变少,结晶度提高,抗水树性能提高,降低生产能耗,提高生产效率。可用于中低压电力电缆的绝缘层或护套层。
