摘要：PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for continuous preparation of fine particulate zinc oxide are provided to maintain uniform temperature in a vaporizer by compensating the lock of melt resulting from vaporization. CONSTITUTION: A method for continuous preparation of fine particulate zinc oxide comprises the steps of: measuring the amount of molten zinc in a vaporizer(120) using a melt level gauge(12), transmitting the measured level to a controller(11) so that the controller compensates the amount of molten metal reduced according to vaporization by supplying molten metal from a melting furnace(110) and supplies zinc ingot(21) through a hopper(20) into the melting furnace by the reduced amount of molten zinc in the melting furnace, continuously heating the melt with an electric heater method, and producing zinc oxide through oxide reaction of the vaporized zinc discharged through an outlet.
