SOLUTION: An adhesive 17 is applied to a flange 11b of a drum core 11 around which a wire 10 is wound. A case core 12 is dropped with its own weight from above the drum core 11 on which the adhesive 17 is applied, thereby inserting the drum core 11 into the case core 12.
