摘要:本实用新型涉及一种具有增强扭力功能的阀门的陶瓷阀芯,该陶瓷阀芯阀杆(1)外面套装壳体(4),阀杆(1)上装配内O型圈(3)后与壳体(4)装配在一起,由卡簧(2)将阀杆(1)和壳体(4)连接定位,在壳体(4)的外壁设有凹槽,凹槽内装配外O型圈(7),在壳体(4)内腔阀杆(1)的底部依次装配止动片(5)、垫片(6)、拨盘(8)、陶瓷动片(9)、陶瓷定片(10)和外密封圈(11);本实用新型的壳体采用聚苯醚(PPO)材料,降低了材料加工成本,增加产品的合格率及精度,在内部加定位铜垫片,增加了产品的强度和使用寿命,增强扭力功能,满足了客户的需求。本实用新型可广泛用之于各种阀门。
