摘要:本实用新型涉及一种双曲面单元幕墙系统,包括单元公、母立柱,单元上、下横梁,玻璃面板和铝合金辅助定位料,玻璃面板通过结构胶分别与单元公、母立柱,单元上、下横梁连接,单元公、母立柱对插组合,单元上、下横梁对插组合,铝合金辅助定位料插接在一单元水槽料的槽料插槽口上,且铝合金辅助定位料上的圆形槽口与单元下横梁上的辅助定位槽口接合;单元公立柱单元和下横梁具有弧形支腿。本实用新型的优点在于:插接部位的铝合金料可以在有限范围内调节角度,保证系统安全适用性;对于具有较多建筑外围墙转角的单元幕墙可节省开模成本;安装方便,可避免施工安装误差而引起的野蛮施工;整个建筑外立面造型富于变化。
