摘要:<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a panel from being scratched by contact with a liquid nozzle, liquid from dripping, and application speed from being reduced. <P>SOLUTION: A liquid filling device includes: a plurality of holders 4, 5 to hold panels 2, 3 with their main surfaces facing each other; a mover 6 to move the holders 4, 5 close to or away from each other; a discharge nozzle 10 inserted into a gap between the pair of facing panels 2, 3 to discharge a filling liquid 7 into the gap; a nozzle moving mechanism 11 to move the discharge nozzle 10 in the in-plane direction of the panels 2, 3; a controller 21 to control the nozzle moving mechanism 11; a reservoir 15 to store the filling liquid 7; and a pressurizing mechanism 13 to eject the filling liquid 7 stored in the reservoir 15 through the discharge nozzle 10.
