摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for supporting conversation in a taxi, allowing a taxi user to communicate with a taxi driver irrespective of a language, and giving a sense of security. SOLUTION: A taxi management center device 20 is provided with: a taxi reservation registration processing part 22 receiving input of reservation information including a language used by a user and use of an interpretation service; and an interpretation reservation registration processing part 23 deciding that the user uses the interpretation service when the reservation information is input to the taxi reservation registration processing part 22, and registering reservation for interpretation to an interpretation service device 30, based on the reservation information when in use. The interpretation service device is provided with: a display part 32 displaying information related to the registration of reservation for the interpretation to an operator when connected to a communication terminal 10; and a call part 33 converting a voice emitted by the operator into a signal, transmitting it to the communication terminal 10, converting a signal transmitted from the communication terminal 10 into a sound wave, and outputting it.
