摘要:本发明公开了一种禽畜养殖废水亚硝化-厌氧氨氧化处理方法及设备,该处理方法先将废水中的部分氨氮在好氧菌的作用下转化为NO2-,然后在Anammox自养菌的作用下废水中的氨氮和生成的NO2-发生化学反应,生成氮气而从水中脱离。设备包括一容器,容器分为上下两层,上层装有软性填料,为好氧生物膜生长黏附的场所,下层装有陶粒,在其上生长厌氧生物膜,厌氧滤层底部设有穿孔隔板,隔板下方设有取样口、温度计;好氧生物膜与厌氧滤层之间有间隙,并设有曝气管,所述容器顶部设有进水口,底部设有出水口。本发明可节省供气量25%左右,节省动力消耗;缩短水力停留时间,减少设备的体积;具有良好的沉降性能和较高的生物相浓度。

主权项:一种禽畜养殖废水亚硝化‑厌氧氨氧化处理方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:(1)亚硝化阶段,将废水中的68%~76%氨氮在生物膜接触氧化的作用下转化为NO2‑,其中一部分亚硝酸盐氮被氧化为硝酸盐氮;(2)在厌氧氨氧化细菌的作用下废水中的氨氮和生成的NO2‑发生化学反应,生成氮气而从水中脱离;所述亚硝化阶段的废水的pH值为7.8~8.0,用曝气管曝气的方法将DO浓度控制在1.5~3.5mg/L,同时控制该阶段的废水停留时间和废水温度;厌氧氨氧化反应时亚硝酸盐氮与氨氮的比值为3∶2;亚硝化阶段的废水停留时间为24h和废水温度为30℃。
