SOLUTION: A short message for inquiring a company name of an incoming-call source and a phone number of a transmission destination is transmitted from a mobile terminal 10 to a management server 20. The management server 20 retrieves and acquires the company name of an incoming-call source and the phone number of a transmission destination from managed telephone directory data based on the content of the received short message to be transmitted in the form of a short message to the mobile terminal 10 of the inquiry source. When receiving the inquiry short message from the mobile terminal 10, the management server 20 authenticates the mobile terminal 10 using a phone number set in a transmission source address of the short message being information that is different from a password or the like and can not be altered by a person.
