摘要：PURPOSE: An etching method for ultra-thinning a display panel glass sheet is provided to prevent the breakage of a glass panel in a modulating process by forming a double sided glass panel with thickness differences. CONSTITUTION: A film is attached to one surface of a glass panel(100). An etching solution is sprayed to the entire display panel with the film, and the rear side of glass panel without the film is primarily etched(200). The film is eliminated(300). The etching solution is sprayed to the entire display panel, and both surfaces of the glass panel are secondarily etched(400). Double sides glass panel with thickness differences is obtained. A cleaning process with respect to the display panel is implemented(500).
