摘要：<p>A rising reset driving circuit is provided that comprises first transistor and a second transistor connected in series between an output node and power supply. In a first portion of the rising period the first transistor and the second transistor are controlled such that the first transistor is turned on so as to increase a voltage at the output node to a third voltage. In a second portion of the rising period the first transistor and the second transistor are controlled such that the first transistor and second transistor are turned on so as to increase a voltage at the output node from the third voltage to a fourth voltage.</p><p>A falling reset driving circuit for providing a falling signal to a scan line during a falling period of a reset period is provided that comprises a first transistor and a second transistor. In a first portion of the falling period the first transistor and the second transistor are controlled such that the first transistor is arranged to turn on so as to decrease a voltage at the scan line from a start voltage to a third voltage. In a second portion of the falling period the first transistor and the second transistor are controlled such that the second transistor is arranged to turn on so as to decrease a voltage at the scan line from the third voltage to a fourth voltage. </p>
