摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detachable (relocatable) turning thruster device for adding a fixed-point retention function afterwards to a workbench ship not having the fixed-point retention function; and the workbench ship including the turning thruster device. SOLUTION: The necessary number of the turning thruster devices 1 for the fixed-point retention of the workbench ships are packaged and delivered to a destination by marine towing transport. At the destination, they are installed on the workbench ships on the spot.
