摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple solid-liquid separator for sludge concentration which effectively carries out solid-liquid separation treatment for sludge generated by an active-sludge treatment method, increases a MLSS concentration of sludge to concentrate sludge, and decreases residual sludge generated, and to provide a concentration method of sludge using the same separator. SOLUTION: The solid-liquid separator is arranged with a sludge tank and a filtration water tank which are adjacent through a screen, wherein the screen, which is a wedge wire, is arranged while holding a slit horizontally and also the screen surface inclined to a sludge tank side by 3-7°for the vertical direction, a screen diffusion pipe is arranged at the lower part of the screen surface in the sludge tank side, and bubbles discharged from the diffusion pipe rise along the screen surface.
