摘要：PURPOSE: A power control method of a cooperative base station and a base station device using the same are provided to control the power of a base station by calculating the power which the stratifies proportional fairness and the minimum average transmission rate in consideration of interference between cells. CONSTITUTION: A transmission unit(220) directly transmits to other base stations within a cooperation unit an average transmission rate and a toke value of cell border terminal and BS(Base station) power level. A reception unit(230) receives the average transmission rate and the token value. A first power level operator(240) calculates the power level vector of each base station. In consideration of a current power level and the BS power level, a second BS power calculator(250) calculates the power level of a new base station.
