Method includes preliminary strip tilling of upper layer and following main tilling of layer between strips, characterised by the fact that interval B between the strips of preliminary tilling constitutes B=0.3-0.6(b+b')+2H, where b and b' are respectively width of bottom of strips of preliminary and main tilling, and H is depth of main tilling.
