摘要：PURPOSE: An isolating apparatus of leakage of electricity having an led and voice alarm and method thereof are provided to transmit leakage and overload to a leakage blocking unit by adding a device detecting the overload and leakage from an outlet. CONSTITUTION: An outlet load sensor(110) senses the leakage of an outlet. A MICOM(120) outputs the overload and the leakage of the outlet. An LED is connected to the MICOM. An RF radio transmitter(140) output the load data in wireless communication. An ZCT(Zero-Current Transition)(210) detects ground fault from a power line which is connected to the load. A leak control integrated circuit(220) outputs the overload and leakage of the outlet through a voice signal.
