摘要:本发明公开了一种用AOD冶炼极低碳高硅不锈钢的方法,包括如下工艺步骤:配料→电弧炉粗炼→兑钢→AOD精炼→吹氩→出钢,其中AOD精炼又包括如下步骤:去渣→脱碳→加渣料→加还原剂及辅助助剂→去部份渣→成份微调,其特征在于:a:所述脱碳工艺中氩氧气吹入分为初始脱碳期和二期脱碳期,初始脱碳期和二期脱碳期按不同的氩氧比吹入;b:所述加渣料工艺中采用的渣系为CaO、Al 2O 3、MgO、SiO 2渣系。本发明使钢液在电弧炉内完成粗炼后即可在无真空装备的AOD中稳定地生产出超超低碳(C≤0.015%)的不锈钢,节省还原剂用量,成本低廉,能进行工业性批量生产,也最大程度的利用现在冶炼设备,节省大量投资。

主权项:一种用AOD冶炼00Cr14Ni14Si14不锈钢的方法,包括如下工艺步骤:配料→电弧炉粗炼→兑钢→AOD精炼→吹氩→出钢,其中AOD精炼又包括如下步骤:去渣→脱碳→加渣料→加还原剂及辅助助剂→去部份渣→成份微调,其特征在于:a:所述脱碳工艺中氩氧气吹入分为初始脱碳期和二期脱碳期,初始脱碳期和二期脱碳期按不同的氩氧比吹入;b:所述加渣料工艺中采用的渣系为CaO、Al2O3、MgO、SiO2渣系;所述CaO、Al2O3、MgO、SiO2渣系中各成分配比如下:CaO为45~60%,Al2O3为15~25%,MgO为5~7%,SiO2为10~15%;所述氩氧比根据simkovich的修正式Log(([%Cr]×Pco)/[%C])=-((13800/(T+4.21[%Ni])+8.76)计算,在初始脱碳时,按氧氩比为4∶1、总流量为1500NM3/H的条件进行脱碳;当碳小于0.20%时进入二期脱碳期,二期脱碳期按每阶段吹10个标准立方氧进行一次氩氧比例调整,流速范围设定氧氩总流量在1000~1300NM3/H,通过计算得到不同的氧氩比和相应的氧氩流量,上述修正式中:[%C]、[%Cr]、[%Ni]分别为钢中的碳、铬及镍的含量,Pco为CO的分压力,T为钢水温度。
