摘要：PURPOSE: A power generating device using solar energy is provided to maximize generation efficiency by converting solar energy into electric energy through a thermoelectric converter and a photoelectric converter. CONSTITUTION: A photoelectric converter(100) changes solar energy into electric energy. An insulation/thermoelectric conductor(200) is formed between the photoelectric converter and the thermoelectric converter. The insulation/thermoelectric conductor electrically insulates the photoelectric converter and the thermoelectric converter and simultaneously conducts the solar energy to a thermoelectric converter(300). The thermoelectric converter converts the solar energy to the electric energy.
