摘要:本发明涉及AtNRT1.8基因增强农作物对重金属、盐胁迫或干旱胁迫的抗性的应用。具体涉及AtNRT1.8基因或其编码的蛋白质或多肽在增强植物对重金属、盐或干旱胁迫的抗性中的用途。本发明还提供了利用AtNRT1.8基因增强植物对重金属、盐或干旱胁迫抗性的基因工程方法,含有AtNRT1.8基因的载体和宿主细胞,制备转基因植物的方法和转基因植物。本发明的方法可使得植物对于重金属、盐、干旱胁迫的抗性提高,对于提高农作物产量和性状具有积极作用,具有广泛的应用前景。
