摘要：The invention relates to electrical communication and development of convolutional code devices. A method for description a convolutional code device consists in that instead of information polynomial i(x) with coefficients of finite field GF(p) and emitting polynomial p(x) with coefficients of finite field GF(p) intime domain an information sequence Ij and emitting sequence Pj with coefficients of finite field GF (p) in frequency domain.
