摘要：<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat treatment method capable of more securely and efficiently drying adhesive paste while suppressing variation of contraction of a ceramic green sheet. <P>SOLUTION: For heat treatment of a heat treated object formed by applying, to a ceramic green sheet, the adhesive paste for bonding to the other ceramic green sheet, a first temperature rising process of raising the temperature of the heat treated object to ≥55°C and ≤65°C of an intermediate holding temperature, an intermediate maintaining process of maintaining the temperature of the heat treated object at the intermediate holding temperature, a second temperature rising process of raising the temperature of the heat treated object to ≥80°C and ≤90°C of a final holding temperature, and a final maintaining process of maintaining the temperature of the heat treated object at the final holding temperature are performed in this order. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
